Together, we help Clio build high‑performing teams and strong leaders at every stage of growth. What You’ll Work On Business Partnership & Leader Enablement Partner with leaders to deliver People programs and services that support departmental and company‑wide goals. Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders, providing insights and recommendations on people‑related topics. Support leaders through day‑to‑day people matters while maintaining a strong focus on long‑term organizational health. Build strong, credible relationships across your assigned client groups. People Strategy, Performance & Talent Support Advise leaders on organizational design, role clarity, team structure, and workforce planning. Support performance management processes, including goal‑setting, feedback, and development planning. Partner with leaders on engagement, succession planning, and talent development conversations. What You’ll Bring 5–8+ years of progressive HR / People Business Partner experience. Experience supporting leaders across one or more functional areas (e.g., Product, Engineering, GTM, G&A). Solid knowledge across core People disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, and organizational design. Strong understanding of employment law and compliance requirements. Comfort partnering with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities. Data‑informed mindset with the ability to translate insights into action. Strong communication, coaching, and relationship‑building skills. High integrity, sound judgment, and a collaborative approach. Demonstrated interest in elevating your craft using AI. For experienced individuals, we typically hire at or around the midpoint of the band. The top portion of the salary band is reserved for employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. Those who are new to the role may join below the midpoint and develop their skills over time. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on geographical region, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
