Discount program covering restaurants, gyms, shopping, etc. Primary Responsibilities Innovation & Technology Exploration: Stay ahead of emerging technologies; research, prototype, and develop AI/ML solutions to enhance operational efficiency; leverage Databricks and Azure AI services. Technical Leadership & Development: Design and develop high‑performance applications using .NET (C#), Python, and Azure Cloud. Architect and implement scalable, cloud‑based solutions with best practices in security, DevOps, and CI/CD. Work on real‑time data integration, automation, and process optimization. Optimize CRM and supply chain functionalities through AI‑driven insights. Team Management & Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team of developers; collaborate with sales, operations, supply chain, and QA teams. Conduct code reviews, knowledge‑sharing sessions, and training workshops. Project & Stakeholder Management: Drive Agile development and ensure timely delivery of innovative solutions. Translate business needs into scalable, high‑impact software solutions. Work closely with web/mobile developers, data scientists, and industry experts to implement AI‑driven solutions. Required Experience 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role. Strong experience in ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce) and supply chain technologies. Experience leveraging machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, and data analysis to develop AI‑powered solutions. Hands‑on experience with AI/ML applications in CRM, supply chain, and automation. Proficiency in .NET (C#), Python, and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn, OpenCV). Exposure to MLOps tools and frameworks (MLflow, Azure ML, Kubeflow). Experience in Azure Cloud services (Functions, App Services, Azure SQL, Databricks, AI/ML services). Strong understanding of AI‑driven automation, IoT integration, intelligent decision‑making, and real‑time data analytics. Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Strong problem‑solving skills, leadership abilities, and cross‑functional collaboration experience. Salary & Benefits Salary range: $130,000 – $135,000 CAD; additional benefits include RRSP matching, tuition reimbursement, and a discount program.
