What You’ll Be Doing Lead and inspire the Junior Kindy team Create and deliver an engaging, play‑based curriculum Collaborate with a supportive Centre Director and a positive, team‑focused workplace Build meaningful relationships with children and families Job Requirements Diploma in Early Childhood Education qualification recognised by ACECQA or equivalent Childcare First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check) Knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework & the National Quality Standard Effective workplace communication skills Willingness to take Child Protection Training as required Why Join Us Above Award Pay – Enjoy a competitive salary depending on your experience and qualifications.
