Director, Talent Management & Analytics Reporting to Emera’s Vice President of Corporate Human Resources, the Director, Talent Management and Analytics plays a central role in shaping how the organization develops and supports its people across all Emera entities. They lead the design and delivery of Emera’s enterprise approach to learning, succession, engagement, performance management, leadership competencies, and people analytics, advancing an inclusive and high‑performing culture across the company. As a key contributor to Emera’s long‑term success, the Director guides talent practices that strengthen leadership capability, enable thoughtful, data‑informed decision making and ensures talent solutions are practical, scalable, and responsive to the needs of HR partners and business leaders. The Director brings a blend of business acumen, strategic HR leadership, and analytical rigor to create talent programs and systems that equip leaders and employees with the skills and development opportunities needed for current priorities and future growth. The ideal candidate is a proven HR leader with demonstrated experience in complex, operational environments where talent, learning, and culture programs align across multiple business units or companies.
