Qualifications 5+ years of retail management experience. Strong communication skills in both French and English (verbal and written). Demonstrated excellence in customer service and team engagement. Comfortable leveraging technology for planning, analysis, and execution (Microsoft Office Suite and related tools). Committed to continuous learning and personal development.
