Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale biomass and renewable energy projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements. Manage cross-functional teams, coordinating with engineers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and project success. Oversee financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to maximize profitability and resource efficiency. Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and develop strategies to mitigate identified risks. Ensure compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and health and safety guidelines. Facilitate clear communication across project stakeholders, including regular updates and milestone reviews to ensure alignment and address potential issues promptly. Foster innovation and continuous improvement in project management practices and renewable energy technologies. Key skills / competences / experience Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Commitment to sustainability and passion for renewable energy. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative thinking and innovation in approaching complex project challenges. Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Environmental Science, or related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications. Minimum of 8 years of project management experience in the renewable energy sector, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale biomass or similar projects. Strong understanding of biomass energy technologies, project finance, contract management, and relevant regulatory frameworks. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and negotiation skills.
