Your new role


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Purchasing Assistant to join our Purchasing Group. This role supports the purchasing team by assisting in the procurement of goods and services, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, and possesses excellent communication skills. Your responsibilities include procurement support, supplier communication, data management, inventory coordination, cost analysis and administrative tasks.

What you need to succeed in this role

  • Education : High school diploma or equivalent (required). Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience : Entry-level position; prior experience in a similar role or internship is a plus. Experience working in an office or manufacturing environment is an asset.
  • Skills : High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with procurement software is a plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Basic understanding of procurement processes or willingness to learn. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with the software Visual is an asset.
  • Attributes : Positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to team success. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach. Ability to work independently. Strong ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Languages asked for: Spoken: French and English / Written: French and English is required as all documents provided by our customers are in English since they are located in the USA.

Votre nouveau rôle


Nous recherchons un(e) assistant(e) aux achats junior motivé(e) et orienté(e) vers les détails pour rejoindre notre groupe d'achats. Ce rôle soutient l'équipe des achats en aidant à l'acquisition de biens et de services, en maintenant les relations avec les fournisseurs et en assurant la livraison ponctuelle des matériaux. Le candidat idéal est désireux d'apprendre, très organisé et possède d'excellentes compétences en communication. Vos responsabilités incluent le soutien aux achats, la communication avec les fournisseurs, la gestion des données, la coordination des stocks, l'analyse des coûts et les tâches administratives.


Ce dont vous avez besoin pour réussir dans ce rôle


  • Éducation : Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent (requis). Diplôme d'associé ou de baccalauréat en commerce, gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement ou dans un domaine connexe (préféré).
  • Expérience : Poste de niveau débutant ; une expérience préalable dans un rôle similaire ou un stage est un plus. Une expérience de travail dans un bureau ou un environnement de fabrication est un atout.
  • Compétences : Grande maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) ; la familiarité avec les logiciels d'approvisionnement est un plus. Compétences organisationnelles et de gestion du temps solides. Compréhension de base des processus d'approvisionnement ou volonté d'apprendre. Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite. Attention aux détails et capacité à travailler dans un environnement rapide. L'expérience avec le logiciel Visual est un atout.
  • Attributs : Attitude positive et désir de contribuer au succès de l'équipe. Esprit de résolution de problèmes avec une approche proactive. Capacité à travailler de manière autonome. Normes éthiques élevées et capacité à maintenir la confidentialité.
  • Langues demandées : Parlé : français et anglais / Écrit : français et anglais requis car tous les documents fournis par nos clients sont en anglais puisqu'ils sont situés aux États-Unis.
