Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at Innovative Occupational Therapy Services in the Niagara Region. As a paediatric OT, you will play a vital role in making a profound difference in the lives of children and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to children with various impairments and disabilities, including developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, and acquired brain injuries.
  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans to promote functional skills and independence in daily living activities.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness, and develop strategies to address these areas.

Requirements
  • COTO registration or new graduate of an OT program (required).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong assessment and treatment planning skills.
