Lead front store customer service and cashier operations while supporting merchandising standards in a Shoppers Drug Mart store. Keep customers at the centre daily.
This Front Store Supervisor manages customer service functions, including cash, cashiers, and merchandising. The position trains and guides cashier and merchandising staff while maintaining store policies and operating procedures. It also supports customer inquiries, issue resolution, loss prevention, and store presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cash, cashier, and merchandising functions
- Train cashiers and merchandisers in job functions
- Provide ongoing guidance and instruction
- Resolve refunds, exchanges, and other customer issues
- Maintain clean, organized shelves and directed displays
Requirements:
- Planning, judgement, and decision-making skills
- Independent thinking when organizing the store
- Problem-solving skills supporting customer satisfaction
- Computer literacy and organized work habits
- Efficient time management and product knowledge
