We are currently recruiting for one of our top clients in the insurance field as they are scaling their Policy Conversion team to support a critical migration initiative and are looking for a leader to support and lead the team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the modernization of our client's insurance platforms. You will be responsible for supervising the policy conversion team as they conduct the accurate migration of policies from legacy systems into the new environment, ensuring compliance with Canadian regulations and maintaining high standards of underwriting integrity. This is a dynamic leadership position that requires a balance of people management, operational oversight, and hands‑on technical support. You will be the driving force behind team productivity, quality assurance, and the continuous improvement of the conversion processes.
