You will be pivotal to the success of our platform by providing deep expertise applied broadly across the Autodesk ecosystem. Responsibilities You will own system-level experience architecture spanning our AI platform, including Autodesk Assistant You will develop novel or highly innovative solutions You will lead the resolution of complex problems across organizations You will shape experience strategy and provide thought leadership to teams and stakeholders You will drive the implementation of new process and standards across organizations You will define actionable strategies for unifying business, technology, and experience priorities You will help identify organizations identify blind spots in the businesses and competitive landscapes You will influence stakeholders and peers across organizations through effective communication and storytelling You will mentor other designers You may lead teams or projects with broad visibility Minimum Qualifications You have 15+ years of experience in experience design, product design, or a related field You have a proven track record of designing and delivering impactful AI-powered experiences at scale You have deep experience working with AI platforms and technologies such as ChatGPT, Alexa, Hugging Face, Siri, Perplexity, Claude, Rasa, DialogFlow, or Cursor You’re an expert in design and prototyping tools such as Cursor, Figma, or Framer You’re an expert in all areas of human-centered design and designing AI-powered experiences You’re adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, evolving environment You’re an expert facilitator, design thinker, communicator, and collaborator You have a deep understanding of industry trends and insights You’ve received a bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field Preferred Qualifications You stay up-to-date with trends and advancements in AI, conversation design, and UX You have experience working as part of a platform team or environment You’ve received a master’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Linguistics, or a related field The Ideal Candidate Has a keen interest in emerging technologies Is an established thought leader in their field Is a systems thinker who’s comfortable navigating ambiguity Possesses strong problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail Exhibits excellent leadership and mentorship abilities, with a collaborative mindset Has a human-centric mindset and is dedicated to creating intuitive, engaging experiences 25WD93757, Architecte expérience utilisateur, Agentic AI Aperçu du poste Nous recherchons un architecte expérience utilisateur pour façonner l'avenir d'Agentic AI chez Autodesk. Join us Salary transparency Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $138,400 and $190,300. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
