Your Role As a Business Analyst and Product Owner, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering digital solutions that meet business needs and drive value. Key responsibilities Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and define effective solutions. Recommend improvements to application solutions and business processes. Lead workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external service providers. Draft and maintain functional documentation (BRD, business use cases, user stories). Analyze and model business and operational processes. Build and manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business goals. Validate deliverables, support implementation, and provide post-deployment follow-up. Foster a climate of trust, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment. What we’re looking for Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis and 3 years as a Product Owner. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in application solution analysis. Strong communication skills in French and English, both spoken and written. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
