YOUR ROLE As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by rocking out strong LOD (Leader on Duty) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You hold down the daily operations of the store as needed, train, motivate, and celebrate associates, and bring your real self to work every day. Your Responsibilities You have a passion for driving sales: As a key LOD, you maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and build guest loyalty through a best‑in‑class, in‑store guest experience. You’re a people leader: You motivate, inspire, and hold associates accountable to AEO’s service standards on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room. You have an eye for talent and love of training: You recruit and hire strong talent and develop associates to continue delivering outstanding service. You know teamwork matters: You set clear, attainable goals, provide ongoing performance feedback and celebrate exceptional work. You’re a visual & operational innovator: You execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures, keeping Fitting Rooms guest‑ready and meeting brand standards. Integrity is your middle name: You maintain store safety, deliver on Asset Protection standards, adhere to AEO’s policies, and always do the right thing.
