Deliver exceptional customer service in Calgary while driving furniture, technology, and supplies sales through tailored customer engagement. Use POS tools and communication skills to support store goals.
As a Sales Associate, you will engage customers through the selling model, anticipate needs, and recommend products and services. You will handle transactions, support merchandising standards, and maintain a clean, safe environment. The role also includes addressing complex customer situations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales across furniture, technology, and supplies areas
- Set and achieve sales and margin goals with leaders
- Handle POS and shipping transactions using marketing tools
- Support planograms, signage standards, merchandising, and stocking
- Maintain clean, safe, functional store and demonstration units
Requirements:
- Three months to one year of prior retail experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment
- Ability to maintain Health & Safety policies
- Ability to uphold Asset Protection and Privacy Policies
