If you encounter technical difficulties submitting your resume, please send a Word version of your resume to Please reference **Power Platform Lead*** Collaborate with internal team members and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Power Platform tools.* Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Power Apps and Power Automate flows to support various business processes.* Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft 365 services and data sources as needed.* Maintain and enhance existing Power Platform solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.* Provide technical support, documentation, and training to end-users and business units.* Stay current with Power Platform updates, best practices, and emerging trends to continuously improve solution offerings.* Participate in code reviews, solution design sessions, and agile development activities.* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.* Experience leading a team of developers* 2+ years of experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder).* Proficient in building Canvas and Model-driven Apps, as well as premium connectors and data integrations.* Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and related Microsoft 365 services.* Experience with process automation, workflow design, and business process mapping.* Familiarity with programming languages* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.* Knowledge of governance, security, and compliance within the Power Platform ecosystem.Apex is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
