Role Description As a Full‑Stack Product Engineer on the Dropbox DocSend team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of secure document management, sharing, and tracking. Your responsibilities will revolve around developing and enhancing our product to deliver exceptional user experiences — working closely with cross‑functional teams to turn innovative ideas into robust, scalable, and user‑friendly features. Responsibilities Handle full‑stack projects and deliver minimum viable products efficiently. Exhibit excellent problem‑solving skills and make effective trade‑offs between technical requirements and business goals. Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers. Participate in continuous deployment, including code reviews and deploys. Participate in on‑call rotations, which entails being available for calls during both core and non‑core business hours. Debug customer issues using logs, metrics, and traces. Adapt to a dynamic and fast‑paced work environment, with a focus on continuous learning and professional development. BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field involving coding (e.g., physics or mathematics), or equivalent technical experience. Demonstrated expertise in Ruby on Rails applications and React. Demonstrated success in developing and deploying large‑scale web applications with a user‑focused approach. Proven ability to thrive in agile, fast‑paced environments, including comfort with continuous deployment practices and rapid iteration. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with tools and languages used on the DocSend Engineering team. This includes Typescript, GraphQL, HAML, PostgreSQL Compensation Canada Pay Range: $134,300—$181,700 CAD The range listed above is the expected annual salary/OTE for this role, subject to change. Salary/OTE is just one component of Dropbox’s total rewards package.
