What You’ll Do Product Ownership & Strategy Own the Workday product roadmap for Financial and HCM modules. Define and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business goals. Lead platform governance and change management processes. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, Security, and other departments to gather requirements and feedback. Facilitate workshops, demos, and training sessions to drive adoption and understanding. Platform Optimization Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and improved user experience across both Financial and HCM modules. Monitor system performance and ensure financial and PX data integrity across modules. Delivery & Support Work closely with the BSI delivery teams, vendors, and support teams to deliver enhancements. Own and maintain the Workday product backlog, ensuring it is continuously refined, strategically prioritized, and aligned with delivery team needs through well‑defined requirements and prompt, actionable feedback. Manage release cycles, testing, and deployment of new features. Compliance & Risk Management Partner with Fortra Sec/IT team to ensure Workday configurations meet internal policies and external regulatory requirements. Maintain documentation and audit trails for all changes and decisions. Qualifications 5+ years in ERP, financial systems, or business systems roles, with exposure to HRIS. 3+ years hands‑on experience with Workday Financials; familiarity with HCM is preferred. Proven track record in financial product ownership or business analysis within enterprise systems. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. Background in Information Systems or HR is a plus. Excellent financial analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence. Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Workday certifications in Financials; HCM certification is a plus. Experience in post‑implementation financial optimization and support. Familiarity with financial and HR integration tools and middleware (e.g., Workday Studio, EIB, or third‑party APIs).
