Achieve sales volume, revenue, and profitability goals for the assigned territory by providing superior customer service. Grow base business through effective selling and execution of monthly business priorities. Prospect and acquire new accounts using customized proposals. Convert local and national business accounts, ensuring marketing equipment and product placement. Effectively collaborate cross‑functionally with the local Field Sales team to meet business objectives. Activate local marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance. Identify and align resources required to support account execution. Prepare account and equipment profiles and service contracts. Ensure merchandising standards are executed in all accounts. Monitor and report on competitive activity. Develop a deep understanding of customer relationships, sales techniques, and ever‑shifting market dynamics. Analyze relevant data and translate it into data‑driven business plans. Maintain and control budgetary expenses with meticulous precision. Lead the expansion campaign of distribution to increase new net sales for the beverage division. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Fluency in French and English; proficiency in English required to serve our English‑speaking clientele in the Greater Ottawa region. At least two years of experience in Food Service Management or Restaurant Management. Experience in the beverage or packaged goods industry is an advantage. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Valid driver’s licence. Ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision. Experience in business development or account management, navigating complex negotiations. Innovation mindset, viewing challenges as growth opportunities. Willingness to work a flexible schedule – specifically four days per week traveling and working with clients.
