Your mission is to develop new business opportunities with existing and new clients, spotting new opportunities and seizing them with gusto You will also manage the relationship with existing clients, addressing any issues that arise, and answering questions. We're looking for someone with experience in account management and a proven track record of developing new business opportunities. Your cross-functional skills are important too, as you'll work with our customer service and product development teams to ensure our clients receive the best possible experience. Identify opportunities for pilots, field trials, and upsells. Oversee customer account management – Includes developing new business, negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profits. Collaborate cross-functionally – Work closely with the sales team to achieve quotas while ensuring client satisfaction and engagement. Ensure delivery to customers – Facilitate the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Requirements Degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Familiarity with CRM software preferred. Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level. Some travel is required for this role.
