Sales Development Representative

Job Title Sales Development Representative (SDR) – SaaS Company Bettermode Overview Bettermode helps B2B SaaS companies build powerful customer communities that drive retention, expansion, and advocacy through engagement, self‑service, and content creation. Role As our SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for inbound leads and signups. You’ll qualify discovery calls before handing them to the Sales Manager and re‑engage past leads to reactivate pipeline. Responsibilities Qualify inbound signups and discovery calls, ensuring 100% pre‑qualified meetings. Maintain a high AE acceptance rate (≥75%) through quality handoffs. Re‑engage past leads, trials, and dormant accounts to uncover new opportunities. Run email and LinkedIn sequences using tools like Apollo and Instantly. Develop messaging frameworks and cadences to optimize engagement and conversion. Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene, logging every call and updating lead status. Collaborate with Marketing on inbound lead quality feedback. Coordinate with the BDR Manager to align inbound and outbound efforts. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales in B2B SaaS. Strong communication skills, articulate and confident on calls and in writing. Detail‑oriented, organized, proactive. Familiar with BANT or MEDDPICC‑light qualification frameworks. Comfortable using Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Coachability, curiosity, resilience to rejection.
