We’re looking for a Patient Services Specialist to join our solis optics – Waterloo location. This is a full-time role (30–40 hours weekly, Monday–Saturday) offering a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth. What Will You Be Doing? Warmly greeting customers as they enter our store Communicating with customers in person, by phone, and by email Billing the customer, their medical service provider and other third parties Managing appointment bookings, prescription printouts, and billing and payments Upholding excellent customer service standards using your charisma and problem‑solving skills What Do You Bring?
