Job Details Job Title: Family Physician Position Type: Locum Remuneration: LFP, 70/30, 90/10 on private and out of office work Start Date: 06/06/2025 End Date: 20/06/2025 Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm Practice Name: TLC Medical Clinic – Granville Practice Setting: Family Practice and Walk-in Hybrid Practice Information Location: Kerrisdale (Granville) — clinic is renovated and well-run Clinic Model: Hybrid walk-in/family practice with multiple exam rooms and 4 physicians on site Care Model: In-person and virtual appointments; full-spectrum family practice care (pediatrics, maternity, geriatrics, etc.) Support: 2–4 MOAs available to support providers; on-site director of operations; dedicated call center EMR: Oscar Patient Population: Working professionals, retirees, families, and diverse individuals Special Interests: TLC supports dermatology, endocrinology, gynecology, and more Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm Responsibilities Provide comprehensive family medicine care to a diverse patient panel (all ages) Participate in both virtual and in-person appointments Collaborate with MOAs, call center, and operations staff to deliver efficient patient care Adjust scheduling to accommodate personal preferences while meeting patient needs Qualifications & Requirements Licensed Family Physician (as per provincial/regulatory requirements) Ability to work within a hybrid walk-in/family practice model Comfort with virtual care and in-person visits We’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
