Job Title CAN – Business Analyst IV at HRbrain Inc. Responsibilities Support the risk appetite of the bank by providing guidance and monitoring day‑to‑day operations within the Liquidity Risk team. Ensure all analysis is complete and accurate with thorough commentary, escalating issues promptly. Challenge, propose and champion projects to improve efficiencies and provide effective business support. Understand system and model changes, their impacts on risk and valuation processes, and take ownership of process design. Establish review standards for outputs, including risk and P&L valuation. Identify and drive innovative opportunities, evolve analytical capabilities, and maintain knowledge of derivative pricing and risk management. Collaborate with business partners, stakeholders and technology teams on project requirements, testing, and implementation. Facilitate leadership, coaching and recruitment activities with management. Qualifications Experience with market and liquidity risk measurement and reporting (LCR, NCCF, NSFR, Stress Scenarios). Knowledge of financial instruments, regulations and market risk metrics. Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance environment. Proficient with Microsoft applications. Programming skills in VBA, Python, SQL, Alteryx (asset). Nice to Have Master’s degree. Completion or pursuit of CFA/FRM. Knowledge of risk, valuations or reporting systems. Job Details Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level. Employment type: Full‑time.
