What You’ll Do Lead and coach associates, empowering them to enhance service and engage customers, leading by example and inspiring employees. Set a high standard of service, training and development, ensuring employees deliver exceptional Simons experience in a fast‑paced retail environment. Curate a vibrant and inviting sales floor with eye‑catching displays, collaborating with Area Directors and the buying team to maintain inventory levels. Collaborate with Area Directors to assess departmental performance, identify training needs and implement strategies to improve merchandising effectiveness. What We’re Looking For Retail Management Experience: 5–7 years in a fast‑paced, high‑traffic retail setting, managing people and processes. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is a strength; bilingualism is an asset. Fashion Expertise: Deep knowledge of current trends, brands, fabrics and styles, and ability to forecast future trends. Ability to style customers. Customer Service Passion: Ability to make diverse customers feel part of the Simons family and inspire teams to do the same. Collaborative Leadership: Proven collaboration with employees and fellow leaders, adaptability and openness to boost success. Technologically Advanced: Confidence in new technology and ability to manage digital programs.
