EMCO seeks a detail-oriented Material Handler Delivery Driver in Parksville, Canada, combining warehouse inventory control with safe local deliveries.
This Monday-to-Friday position manages material flow and supports logistics operations. You will receive shipments, prepare orders, operate forklifts, maintain inventory records, and drive the Emco truck. Accurate records, organized work, and safety-conscious decisions are central to daily performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming materials and shipments
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing customer orders
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
- Maintain inventory records and perform regular stock counts
- Drive the Emco truck and complete required delivery documentation
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of warehouse or material handling experience
- Forklift and material handling equipment operating proficiency
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license may be required for local deliveries
