Help ensure applications are robust and performant. Write clean and maintainable code, and participate in code reviews. Assist with deploying, monitoring, and managing applications in cloud environments. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and contribute to innovative solutions. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Fullstack development. Proficiency in at least one frontend framework (React, Angular, Astro or Vue.js) and exposure to backend technologies (Node.js, .NET, Java, or similar). Experience with relational or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis etc.) and building RESTful APIs. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including containerization (Docker). Experience working in an agile development environment. Strong understanding of secure coding practices and experience building applications that comply with security and privacy standards. Commitment to knowledge sharing and continuous learning. Ability to collaborate with clients and internal teams. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with designers, developers, and product owners. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and the Next League leadership team. Ability to balance multiple priorities, adapt to a changing business environment, work independently, and meet deadlines. Experience in the sports industry is a plus.
