The Clinical Care Program is currently seeking a full-time, permanent Behaviour Analyst to work within the Psychosis Recovery and Treatment Program. Reporting to the Manager, you will be a member of the inter‑professional team, responsible for providing therapeutic consultation and interventions for clients in the PRT program and for providing direct clinical care to inpatient clients, including conducting functional behaviour assessments, designing behavioural interventions, and evaluating treatment outcomes. Key Responsibilities Conduct functional behavioural assessments, preference assessments, and skill evaluations tailored to individual patient needs. Develop and implement function‑based interventions and skill‑building programs. Facilitate therapeutic, skills‑based and psycho‑educational groups. Collaborate closely with other professionals to create integrated treatment plans and provide training and updates. Monitor treatment effectiveness and make adjustments as needed. Supervise behaviour analysts under supervised practice and unregulated ABA providers. Contribute to program design, evaluation, and capacity‑building activities. Job Requirements Post‑graduate degree in Behaviour Analysis or related field. Registration with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPBAO) in good standing. For Registered Behaviour Analyst applicants not yet in independent practice, who are required to practice with clinical supervision, CAMH will pre‑arrange a formal supervisory relationship with the clinical program as a condition of hire. Approximately 2 years’ experience in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), preferably with individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health challenges, or dual diagnoses. (Candidates registered under supervised practice may be considered if supervision capacity allows.) Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience working within forensic systems is an asset. Ability to work primarily in inpatient and community settings with a moderate to high level of mental and sensory concentration.
