This position is vital for creating an engaging customer experience by guiding new employees and meeting sales objectives. You will manage key sales responsibilities, including cash handling and merchandise displays. Your contributions will help in training staff and ensuring an organized store environment that promotes sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide engaging shopping experiences to encourage customer loyalty
• Step in for management and lead the sales floor as needed
• Open and close the store efficiently
• Conduct register operations with accuracy
• Share fashion and music trends with management teams
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of retail experience required
• Strong skills in communication and time management
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift and handle merchandise up to 50 pounds
• Passion for pop culture and teamwork
