Salary Range: $100-115K base + lucrative bonus, car allowance + gas card, benefits, 4 weeks vacation and RRSP Description Our client is seeking a dynamic District Sales Manager to lead sales growth, enhance profitability, and strengthen relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. This role is ideal for a strategic, people-oriented leader who excels at driving results through collaboration and innovation. Responsibilities: Identify, prioritize, and capitalize on key market opportunities by leveraging data-driven insights to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Inspire, coach, and guide the sales team to achieve profitable growth and expand market share. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and prospects to enhance loyalty and drive business expansion. Develop persuasive sales presentations and competitive quotations that align with customer needs while differentiating the company in the marketplace. Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, establishing clear goals and providing consistent coaching, feedback, and support. Monitor and analyze sales performance to ensure alignment with regional growth and profitability objectives. Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes, manage expenses effectively, and optimize resource allocation to deliver strong sales and margin results. Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. Experience in wholesale distribution preferred—particularly within the plumbing or HVAC sectors. Proven success in driving revenue growth and consistently exceeding sales targets. Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and lead top-performing sales teams. Exceptional relationship-building skills with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Strategic thinker with strong financial acumen and expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and data-informed decision-making.
