K.E.I operates locally owned McDonald’s Restaurants from mid-Island to Greater Victoria and beyond. This part-time position includes greeting guests, processing payments, and assembling dine-in, take-out, and delivery orders. You will contribute across the kitchen, Drive-Thru, or front counter while supporting an exceptional guest experience. No experience is needed, and previous barista, server, cashier, or retail experience is appreciated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver welcoming service to restaurant guests
- Take orders and process guest payments
- Manage dine-in, take-out, and delivery orders
- Prepare food and drinks according to role needs
- Support exceptional guest experiences across service areas
Requirements:
- Trustworthy approach with guests and coworkers
- Commitment to good quality and service connection
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Strong communication with peers and Managers
- Willingness to learn and grow
Use communication, quality focus, and genuine hospitality to support McDonald’s guests across the K.E.I restaurant network.
