You will work closely with clients and cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful solutions across all industries. This includes eliciting, analysing, and documenting business requirements; translating business needs into technology solutions; leading transformation and change initiatives; orchestrating program delivery and governance; and redesigning core processes for optimisation. Exposure to a variety of industries—including financial services, consumer/retail, government and public services, and more—will provide opportunities to deepen your consulting and leadership skills. A strong focus on client service is essential: you will be expected to build relationships, understand client needs, and deliver high‑quality outcomes that create value for our clients. About the team nieces The team Operations Excellence (Delivery) is anchored on four pillars: Functional Delivery: Translating business needs into technology solutions, defining requirements, and supporting decision‑making. This pillar is focused on bridging business and technology, ensuring that solutions are well‑defined, user‑centric, and aligned with client goals. Transformation Leadership: Structuring, governing, and optimising large programmes, driving change management and risk mitigation. This pillar provides value‑added expertise in project, programme, and portfolio operations, ensuring successful delivery and continuous improvement. Delivery Leadership: Orchestrating programme delivery, managing stakeholders, and ensuring project profitability. Process Engineering: Redesigning and optimising core processes using next‑generation solutions and automation. Enough about us, let’s talk about you You are someone who is: Experienced in business analysis, requirements gathering, status reporting, process mapping, and/or solution design. Skilled in supporting transformation initiatives, change management, and programme or project delivery. Comfortable with agile delivery and tools like JIRA/Confluence, and familiar with process optimisation and automation. A critical thinker with strong written and verbal communication skills. Experienced in client service and able to build relationships with stakeholders, collaborate across business and technology teams, and work effectively in cross‑functional environments. Total Rewards The salary range for this position is $50,000 – $90,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus programme.
