Contract Length: 1 year with the option to extend for an additional 12 months at the discretion of the Client

Anticipated Interview Dates: July 2-5

Work Scope & Objectives: Our clients seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer/Programmer with a minimum of six years of extensive experience in Salesforce design, development, configurations, coding, and architecture. The candidate will perform duties as both a Salesforce Developer and Designer, ensuring system-wide design, development, coding, configuration, integration, and customization of complex integrated projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and develop features as per requirements with the highest quality and pass the test.
  • Design intuitive, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce solutions that adhere to industry best practices and coding standards.
  • Hands-on development and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions leveraging declarative tools, Communities, Service Cloud, Public Sector Foundation (PSF)/ OmniStudio.
  • Ensure data security and compliance by implementing appropriate access controls, data sharing rules, and security configurations.
  • Design and execute data migration tasks.
  • Participate in technical design sessions and code reviews.
  • Work with the QA team to design, develop, execute, and debug test plans and test cases.
  • Perform code migration as per existing release management process.
  • Build comprehensive Technical Design Documents and Build Logs.
  • Provide knowledge transfer to the Agency’s technical team and demonstrations to business users.
  • Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues, offering innovative solutions and recommendations.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Six+ years of practical solution delivery experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, security, customizations, configuration, and integration capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and OmniStudio tools.
  • Strong experience in data modeling, data migration, and data cleansing within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Experience in deployment and release management processes including sandbox management and change management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong analytical abilities.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to interact with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Agile Scrum experience with a strong adherence to its methodologies and values.

Mandatory Certifications:

  • Salesforce.com Certified Platform Developer I
  • Vlocity Certified (OmniStudio developer or consultant)
  • Any Salesforce.com Designer or Architecture certifications

Nice to Have:

  • Salesforce.com Certified Platform Developer II
  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Admin
  • Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I
  • Experience with Copado DevOps, Accounting Seed managed package, and financial-related projects.

Travel Requirements: Occasional travel between regional offices.

Work Hours: 7 hours per day / 35 hours per week, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch.

Start Date: August 8, 2024

End Date: August 7, 2025, with the possibility of extension or early termination based on project needs.
