Brandt, a family-run company with over 170 locations, is seeking a Sales Trainee. In this entry-level role, you will coordinate sales functions and work closely with both the service and parts departments. Ideal candidates will appreciate a fast-paced environment and possess a detail-oriented mindset to help drive efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inventory control of new and used equipment
• Administer sales-related documentation and tasks
• Collaborate with service and parts teams on sales
• Organize yard flow and ensure efficient operation
• Assist sales staff and walk-in customers as needed
Requirements:
• Familiar with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word
• Post-secondary education in Marketing or Business
• Relevant industry experience is a plus
• Positive attitude with a proactive outlook
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
