Junior Electrical Engineer

Under the supervision of the Senior Electrical Engineer, the Junior Electrical Engineer will assist in the design, development, and maintenance of electrical systems throughout various project cycles. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed engineering documentation for projects, such as calculation notes, reports, single‑line diagrams, equipment specifications, and control diagrams. Assist in preparing cost estimates and project schedules. Coordinate material procurement, reception, and orders related to electrical work. Draft design specifications for electrical systems and installations, both for power generation and its transmission and utilization. Contribute to writing progress reports and monthly reports. Support the Senior Electrical Engineer on projects as needed. Help with document control to ensure exemplary service. Perform any other related tasks associated with the nature of this position. Candidate Profile Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or any other relevant field. Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience, preferably in the mining or energy industry. Interpersonal and Personal Skills Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and critical mindset. Ability to simplify information and communicate results clearly. Autonomy, initiative, and good priority management. Collaborative attitude and ease in interacting with multidisciplinary teams. Discretion and professional ethics when handling confidential data. Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate strong adaptability. Working Conditions Hybrid work environment: office and remote (2 to 3 days per week in the office). Performance bonus.
