Leon’s Furniture Limited is looking for a dedicated full-time Customer Care Associate. This critical role involves managing customer inquiries and resolving issues to create positive experiences. Your strong communication skills will help handle high-volume interactions professionally, while your empathy will ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Identify and resolve customer issues effectively and empathetically
• Document interactions and maintain records in the CRM system
• Collaborate with team members to address complex issues
• Participate in training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service or call center roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Flexibility for shift work as required
