Production leadership and machinery troubleshooting define this full-time, on-site role with Sunrise Soya Foods. Coordinate safe, efficient work across production lines.
The Production Shift Team Lead directs production activities and supports operators during daily operations. You will review schedules, operate machinery, verify quality, and report results to the Production Supervisor. The role also communicates policies, coordinates materials, and supports training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate production activities across assigned lines
- Conduct startup checks and routine machinery inspections
- Operate, troubleshoot, and perform small machine repairs
- Review schedules, bean-loading plans, and production paperwork
- Communicate operational results and company decisions
Requirements:
- Impeccable leadership and problem-solving skills
- Effective oral and written communication abilities
- Ability to motivate, coach, and train teammates
- Ability to delegate tasks across the team
- Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
