Food Services Manager Green Zebra Kitchen is a growing plant-based meal delivery service specializing in vegan and gluten-free cuisine. We are seeking an experienced Food Service Manager with expertise in specialized dietary cuisine to lead our kitchen operations and culinary team. This position requires specific knowledge of vegan cooking techniques, gluten-free food safety protocols, and allergen management not commonly found in traditional food service management. Job details Location: North York, ONM4A 1A9 Work location: On site Salary: 36.00 hourly / 35 hours per week Terms of employment: Permanent employment/Full time Starts as soon as possible OverviewLanguages English Education College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years Cooking and related culinary arts, general Restaurant, culinary and catering management/manager Experience 3 years to less than 5 years Experience in vegan/vegetarian food Experience with gluten free ingredients, and recipe development Experience in bulk cooking On site Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
