We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer to join our Core Platform team, working on high‑performance backend modules in .NET Core and C++. In this role, you will develop and maintain low‑latency, resilient, and distributed systems crucial to our trading and market operations. You will play a vital role in implementing, testing, and securing core trading infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in capital markets, trading systems, and real‑time, high‑performance application development. Responsibilities Develop high-performance backend modules using .NET Core and C++ Design, optimize, and maintain low-latency, resilient, and distributed systems Integrate market data streams, Order Management Systems (OMS), and FIX protocols Collaborate with Global Markets teams across Paris, London, and New York to deliver robust solutions Participate in load testing, security audits, Quality Assurance, and secure release processes Ensure the systems meet performance, scalability, and regulatory standards Requirements Minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience in software development Proven expertise in Capital Markets and Trading Systems Excellent proficiency in C# with .NET Core and C++, including multithreading and performance optimization Strong understanding of real-time systems and low-latency programming Knowledge of FIX protocol, OMS, and Market Data integration (a significant advantage). Experience working on critical, regulated platforms Fluent in English and French, with excellent communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality solutions We Offer A multinational organization with 58 offices in 21 countries and the possibility to work abroad. 15 days (3 weeks) of paid annual leave plus an additional 10 days of personal leave (floating days and sick days).
