Lead Officer

Our client is seeking a Lead Officer to oversee the efficient processing of Title Insurance Products. In this role, you will supervise daily operations, support team members, and ensure excellent customer service by upholding company procedures and turnaround times. The Lead Officer will also collaborate across departments, ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines, and help drive employee engagement, training, and performance. Advantages Opportunity to lead a high-performing team in the real estate and title insurance sector Competitive compensation and growth within a reputable organization Work in a collaborative and supportive environment focused on service excellence Responsibilities Respond to escalated client inquiries via portal, email, or phone Review title searches and apply underwriting guidelines across multiple provinces Support training, cross‑training, and development plans for new and existing staff Supervise and coach team members, offering daily feedback and support Work closely with the Manager to drive employee engagement and operational goals Stay current with lender and corporate policies, ensuring team compliance Qualifications Completion of a Law Clerk or Legal Administration program or equivalent experience 3–4 years of mortgage‑related experience, including independent handling of real estate files Ability to problem‑solve under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Strong organizational skills with experience in coaching or mentoring staff Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook Proven ability to manage confidential information and competing priorities Summary If you are an experienced real estate professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering excellent service, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
