Your Next Challenge Reporting to the Geology Supervisor, you will be part of the Geology Department. This role is designed to develop you into a licensed Professional Geologist and supports a long‑term career at Agnico Eagle. You will support operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement while learning and growing in a dynamic mining environment. Assist with daily geological tasks, including data collection, analysis, and reporting. Support the planning, design, and scheduling of geological programs and production activities. Collaborate with operations and engineering to optimize mine performance. Participate in safety initiatives and promote a culture of safety and responsibility. Contribute to environmental stewardship and compliance efforts. Engage in continuous improvement projects and support technology adoption. Learn to use mine engineering software and tools. Take part in training and development opportunities to build your technical and leadership skills. Benefit from mentorship and guidance to progress toward professional licensure. What You Need to Succeed Bachelor’s Degree in Geology or a related field (graduated within the last 2 years or soon to graduate). Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Effective communicator and team player. Eager to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast‑paced environment. Commitment to safety, environmental responsibility, and Agnico Eagle’s values. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI. Your Work Schedule Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday at our Macassa Mine in Kirkland Lake, ON.
