Sales Network Specialist – Intelcom | Dragonfly , Montreal, Quebec, Canada Salary: CA$75,000 – CA$90,000 Intelcom | Dragonfly is Canada’s leader in last-mile logistics with more than 100 sorting stations and operations across three continents. Responsibilities Process Improvement: Support the improvement of internal processes to ensure efficient implementation of key initiatives. Enhance Network Speed & Efficiency: Strategize and implement initiatives to improve network speed, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction across all service channels. Evaluate Outbound Lanes: Analyze potential new outbound lanes, identify key expansion opportunities, and make recommendations to improve network coverage and service offerings in target markets. Expansion Plan Execution: Work cross‑functionally with internal teams to execute the expansion plan for our network across Canada, ensuring alignment with business goals and deadlines. Data‑Driven Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as network speed, operational timelines, and customer satisfaction. Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders to drive performance and support decision‑making. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management or a related field. Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken, is required to collaborate and communicate with partners and stakeholders located outside of Quebec. 2‑4 years of experience in a client‑facing sales or logistics role, preferably within a supply chain, transportation, or network optimization environment. Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data‑driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with a flexible, problem‑solving mindset. Strong attention to detail, a proactive approach to addressing challenges, and a focus on delivering results.
