Senior Identity and Access Management Engineer

Overview Senior Identity and Access Management Engineer at Clio. This is a hybrid role based out of our Vancouver or Toronto office. You will be in office a minimum of two days per week for Anchor Days. What you’ll do Daily administration and continual improvement of Okta systems. Review, approve, and deploy changes to Okta infrastructure using Terraform and GitOps. Implement Single Sign-On (SSO) and SCIM for new application deployments. Lead the implementation of Okta Identity Governance. Build custom SCIM-like solutions using platform APIs, Okta Workflows, and Workato. Act as a point of escalation for the IT Services team to support their daily operations within Okta. Develop an automated system for user access reviews to satisfy industry compliance requirements. What you may have Experience deploying Okta Identity Governance across a large organization. Familiarity with a programming language such as Ruby, Python, or Go. Salary bands may differ based on location and local currency. Additionally, benefit offerings may differ depending on the employee's location. We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount will depend on individual experience and skillset. Separate salary bands may exist for other regions based on local currency.
