We are seeking a Wealth Management Associate who is organized, analytical, and eager to contribute to our clients’ success. This role is ideal for someone with strong computer skills and an interest in finance who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep a professional advisory business running efficiently. The Opportunity As a Wealth Management Associate , you’ll work directly with the team’s senior advisors to support day-to-day operations, client service, and marketing initiatives. You’ll gain valuable exposure to portfolio management, financial planning, and client relationship management, all while developing the technical and business skills that can lead to future advancement within the firm. Key Responsibilities Client Administration & Operations Manage investment transactions, asset allocation and portfolio modeling. Contribute to investment decision-making to support wealth strategies. Maintain and update client files, CRM data, and account documentation with accuracy and confidentiality. Prepare reports, investment summaries, and meeting materials for advisors. Support onboarding of new clients and coordinate account transfers. Handle scheduling, follow‑ups, and general correspondence with professionalism. Lead the daily account administration, ensuring accuracy and timely client service. Financial & Data Support Use MS Excel and other tools to create, format, and analyze financial spreadsheets, performance reports, and client summaries. Track key business metrics, prepare data for presentations, and assist in reporting. Learn to interpret portfolio data and contribute to client‑ready materials. Marketing & Communications Assist with digital marketing activities including updating social media, drafting newsletters, and coordinating events or webinars. Help maintain the team’s online presence and brand consistency. Contribute to community outreach initiatives aligned with the firm’s values. Technology & Efficiency Support software integrations and troubleshoot routine tech issues. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve client-service workflows. Work closely with the firm’s central technology, marketing, and compliance teams. What We’re Looking For Post‑secondary education in business, finance, accounting, (or equivalent experience). Recent Business graduates, or those with 1‑5 years of experience in wealth management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills including working with data sets, formulas, and functions. Excellent organization and attention to detail. Professional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. A self‑starter who takes initiative and enjoys problem‑solving. Experience in financial services is an asset. Interest in investment, portfolio management, and/or trading. Completion of or willingness to complete the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and/or the Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) is considered an asset.
