General Summary:

The Senior Electrical Engineer’s main responsibilities are providing production support of FITNIR systems, promoting FITNIR technology and applications, and providing customer service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of analyzers onsite and offsite. This position is also responsible for assisting in and eventually leading the commissioning and start-up of FITNIR products. Working closely with mills’ Maintenance, Process Control and Application teams, the Senior Electrical Engineer will be required to develop close customer relationships with a range of key staff including E&I technicians, supervisors, and process engineers.


This is a full-time position, based out of the Vancouver, BC office and requires moderate world-wide travel to customer facilities and industry-related events. Travel expectation for this role is upwards of 50% within North America and internationally. The candidate must be able to travel when required and is authorized to work in the United States and Canada with a valid passport.


Required Education/Experience:

  • An Electrical Engineering Degree with strong instrumentation experience would also be favorable.
  • Minimum 3 years of pulp mill experience in a similar role.
