The Opportunity:


ML6 Search + Talent Advisory is thrilled to support one of our amazing clients in their search for a Marketing Coordinator


Our client is an emerging leader in office furniture distribution, and as such, the talented individual we are looking for will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of marketing strategies across a wide variety of formats, while promoting products and services, and enhancing brand awareness.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Coordinate marketing initiatives and projects from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media).
  • Design and proofread content for marketing materials, including catalogs, brochures, invitations, social media updates, newsletters, and website content.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics.
  • Produce marketing material such as e-mail campaigns, social posts, blogs and press releases.
  • Update and maintain the company website and social channels.
  • Research and explore new marketing platforms, creating spreadsheets comparing features and benefits.
  • Manage the finish sample and literature library, including coordinating re-orders and reprints, and shipping sample kits to our representatives and dealers.
  • Support campaigns, trade shows, events and communications as needed.


What You'll Need to Be Successful:

  • B.A. degree in marketing, communications, graphic design or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate marketing activities, track project progress, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in social media management, including content creation and building engagement.
  • Graphic design skills, with a portfolio of demonstrable work.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in WordPress website management.
  • Experience in email marketing, including copy-writing and newsletter creation.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, InDesign)
