Role: PLM Teamcenter Lead Consultant

Location: Ontario, Canada

Job Type: Full-Time Permanent

Client is seeking a PLM Teamcenter. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition, and Design; play an important role in creating high-level design artifacts; deliver high-quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty. Required Qualifications:

· Candidates must be located within commuting distance of Toronto, Ontario, or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.

· Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

· At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.

Preferred Qualification:

· 7+ years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter, with strong Requirements Gathering, Solution Design, Functional and implementation knowledge, coordination with offshore development teams, and Customer Management skills.

· Teamcenter Installation and Configuration

· Data Modeling and Migration experience

· Experience with data migration, mapping, and data validation to Teamcenter from legacy applications, Tc Enterprise, etc.

· Having a good understanding of the Teamcenter Data Model and database schema of BOM, document management, change management, and manufacturing planner.

· Expert in Configuration & Building solutions on Teamcenter to meet business process and customer requirements.

· Expert in Teamcenter customization involving ITK, SOA, BMIDE, Rich client-side customization & Active Workspace

· To ensure successful initiation, planning, execution, control, and completion of large and medium-sized complex projects through monitoring, tracking & control

· Experience in implementation and support for Teamcenter solutions like BOM Management, change management, Security modules including SSO/LDAP Integration, Material Management IMM, TcRA, Substance Compliance, Teamcenter Manufacturing, etc.

· Experience in building functional and technical specification documents using the latest tools like JIRA, Azure Cloud, Confluence

· In-depth knowledge of Teamcenter & AWC latest architecture

· Lead overall project development, production support, and maintenance activities.

· Prepare and update necessary documentation and assist in developing and maintaining system documentation.

· Serve as the SPOC for the team to the project stakeholders. Promote teamwork, motivate, mentor, and develop subordinates.
