Our client is a well-established retail leader known for empowering its store teams and fostering a people-first culture. They’re seeking a bilingual Store Manager (French/English) to help lead their store in northern NB. This role is ideal for a retail leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves developing people, and approaches the business with an entrepreneurial mindset. As the Store Manager, will oversee all aspects of store operations — from customer experience and team leadership to merchandising, safety, and financial performance. You will model the values of honesty, integrity, innovation, and service, creating an environment where both customers and team members feel valued. Key Responsibilities Build genuine, service-driven relationships with customers and ensure every interaction reflects the brand’s standard of exceptional care. Motivate, coach, and inspire team members by sharing the company vision and fostering leadership at all levels. Bring an entrepreneurial approach to store operations, identifying opportunities to improve processes, innovate, and deliver strong business results. Communicate openly and transparently, encouraging a culture of trust and accountability. Lead confidently and strategically, embracing challenges and driving the team toward ambitious goals. Foster a people-first culture by nurturing strong relationships, supporting employee growth, and ensuring a positive, inclusive work environment. Qualifications 5+ years of retail management experience. Strong communication skills in both French and English (verbal and written). Demonstrated excellence in customer service and team engagement. Comfortable leveraging technology for planning, analysis, and execution (Microsoft Office Suite and related tools). Committed to continuous learning and personal development.
