Marie, Ontario Reporting to: District Sales Manager Responsibilities:Provide an exceptional client experience focused on client counselling, product education, and recommendationConduct hearing loss evaluations for new clients and recommend the best-fit solutionProvide continuous care for existing clients to ensure a happy and meaningful relationshipConduct verbal and written correspondence related to client care with clients, their families, physicians, team members, and third-party payeesMake a difference in the lives of your clients What You Get in Return:Annual salary ranges from $60,000 to $120,000 based on full-time employmentMonthly commissions and quarterly bonusesExtended health benefits and RRSP matching from day one3 weeks vacation to start, increasing with tenure6 days of personal time in your first yearAdditional days off, including your birthdayMonday Friday working hours (9-5)Paid sales and audiology education and trainingProfessional development programsCareer growth and development opportunities Qualifications:Licensed with one of Canada's provincial regulatory bodies or collegesPassionate about client service and holistic careConfident in selling a solution you believe in and making a difference in people's livesA driving curiosity about the science of Audiology, new technology, and your client's lives More About Us: We value our workforce and recognize that each client journey is unique.
