Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily bakery operations and team execution
• Maintain high product quality and merchandising standards
• Coordinate production schedules and manage stock levels
• Identify waste reduction opportunities
• Provide exceptional customer service and product support
Requirements:
• Previous experience in bakery, food service, or retail leadership
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lead and develop team members effectively
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs
