Summary / Objective The Global Sales Manager is responsible for driving new business revenue while ensuring the retention and expansion of existing accounts. This role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on sales execution, focusing on enabling a high‑performing global team to exceed growth and client satisfaction goals. The Global Sales Manager will lead and develop three core roles within the sales organization: Account Executives (New Business) – responsible for generating new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) contracts and one‑time charge deals. Account Managers (Retention) – focused on client satisfaction, renewals, and account expansion. Business Development Representatives (Lead Generation) – driving qualified pipeline growth through targeted outbound and inbound initiatives. Operating within CyberClan’s core regions — Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia — the Sales Manager will also play a key role in supporting global expansion into new markets. This includes identifying emerging opportunities, establishing scalable go‑to‑market strategies, and fostering relationships that drive international growth. Essential Functions Develop and implement sales strategies in the specific region that drive monthly, quarterly, and yearly growth against company targets. Drive and oversee opportunities at the strategic and tactical level. Perform regular pipeline reviews and accurately forecast sales pipeline with your team to be delivered to the Senior Leadership. Hire, develop, coach, and manage a strong team of Sales Professionals. Work with sales teams in territory and account planning. Participate in team building and company‑growth activities including strategy setting, sales training, marketing efforts, and client care. Understand and manage all phases of the sales cycle. Responsible for sales strategy for the following business lines: Managed Security Services IT Services Incident Response & Supporting the Director of Strategic Partnerships (Insurance Channel) Identify new opportunities and develop strong relationships with board C‑level decision makers, which may involve travel to clients globally. Be present with “Top 10” global accounts to ensure retention and minimize escalations. Plan and prepare presentations and sales pitches in a repeatable format. Set and attend meetings, conferences, annual Sales Kick‑Off and industry events. Manage departmental P&L, commission reports, and budgeting. Participate in development of product details and marketing documents as necessary to meet sales objectives and underpin sales strategies. Generate reports and provide client feedback to management with regard to sales and performance KPIs as they pertain to global regions. Additional Functions Design long and short‑term sales strategy – with a focus on penetrating new markets for CyberClan with repeatable sales methodologies. Collaborate with the Leadership team and business partners to design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures. Build upon current business relationships to generate revenue streams within new markets. Secure the functionality of the business in new markets to drive extensive and sustainable growth. Remain highly responsive and ensure all deadlines are met. Research and identify CyberClan service offering opportunities within new markets/regions, and aid in the introduction and development of these services. Maintain current CRM/Quoting platform systems. Identify client issues and priorities, and provide solutions based upon the services of CyberClan. Assist with strengthening key client relationships. Influence and collaborate with teams across CyberClan on cross‑functional practice/business collaboration efforts. Mentor and develop the team in new markets to ensure professional growth and development as well as increase level of customer‑facing performance. Adapt existing Sales/Marketing tools and materials to enhance CyberClan go‑to‑market and Sales Support operations. Support technical component of sales campaigns, support development of client service proposals and Request for Proposal (RFP)/tender campaigns within new markets (Insurance). Represent CyberClan at conferences and industry events and client meetings. Evaluate company performance by developing, analyzing and interpreting data/metrics and developing data models to assess future outcomes. Required Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 7–10 years of experience in sales or related roles in a technical, cyber environment, and at least 3 years leading sales teams. Cyber security solution sales background with more than 2 years’ experience selling Cyber Security Services such as cyber incident response and pre‑breach and managed security services at C‑level. Proven ability to negotiate, close, and submit strong RFPs. Fluent in French and/or a second/third language is preferred. Attention to detail with pricing, approvals and margin requirements. Preferred Skills, Experience, Degrees or Certifications Ability to formulate Pre‑Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ), Request for Quote (RFQ) and Tender responses. Strategic solutions sales background with the ability to understand and discuss business‑related challenges at C level. Extensive experience in sales, marketing, and management. Ability to multi‑task and prioritize requirements, while maintaining a focus on quality work. Attributes Must be sales‑target driven, ‘hungry’ persistent and consultative attitude with the ability to engage decision makers is required. Motivated, competitive and results driven mindset. Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a ‘can do’ attitude. Self‑driven to work toward and exceed targets.
